Woody will always be my favorite Ridgeback. Partly because he was my first; mostly because he had such a zest for life and living. His unbridled joy at being inside a dog show ring was simply amazing to behold. The above photo was taken shortly after Woody's eleventh birthday. Certainly, a night I'll never forget!
